Patrica Giambrone - President
Patricia’s possesses 28+ years of construction experience and has served Giambrone’s Controller and Officer Manager. Working alongside husband, David Giambrone, President of Giambrone Masonry, Inc., she’s assisted the management and administration of several major projects including Jacob’s Field, Cleveland Browns Stadium, Twinsburg High School & Aurora High School.
Patricia is a 2006 recipient of the NAWBO award for one of the top ten women business owners in Northeast Ohio. The Weatherhead School of Management has recognized Patricia as the President of Giambrone Construction, Inc., and was ranked 4th out of 100 as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Northeast Ohio. By emphasizing teamwork, a strong work ethic and standards for excellence, Patricia Giambrone has helped Giambrone Construction develop into a company that has been awarded over $100 million in contracts for construction projects including Ravenna High School, Garfield Heights High School, East Cleveland Shaw High School and numerous others.
David Giambrone - Vice President
From humble beginnings as a bricklayer, David Giambrone has become a highly regarded construction industry business leader. Giambrone Masonry, Inc. has been awarded high profile projects including Jacobs Field, Federal Reserve Bank, Cleveland Browns Stadium, Wolstein Center and Cleveland Clinic. With nearly 40 years of construction industry experience, David Giambrone brings a wealth of experience to project undertaken.
Dave participates in a diverse range of community and industry activities. He’s served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Employers Association, is a member of the Labor Steering Committee, a past Chairman of the Apprentice Fund for the Bricklayers Local #5; a member of the Northeastern Ohio Masonry Institute; a Trustee of the Bricklayers Local #5 Health, Welfare and Pension Fund, a past President of the Mason Contractors Association of Cleveland, and a representative for management as a Chairman of the Negotiations Committee for Collective Bargaining for Bricklayers and Allied Craftsman’s Local #5 and #34. David Giambrone has also served as a Board Member of University Settlement, a Trustee of IABC, a Vice President of Trinity High School-School Board and a member of the Finance Committee for Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
Brad Adams, LEED AP, BD&C - Chief Operations Officer
Brad’s impressive career spans 35+ years with significant experience in construction, engineering and design. An Ohio University
and Cleveland State University alumnus, Brad is a licensed engineer (OH) as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He’s
participated in some of Northeast Ohio’s highest profile projects including: Youngstown City Schools; BP Building; Justice Center
Jail II; Various Municipal Facilities for the City of Cleveland; Various Utility and Transportation Projects.
Richard P. Noviks - Chief Estimator
In Richard’s nearly 30 year construction industry career, he’s performed extensive estimating functions for complex projects valued upwards of $20 million. Utilizing his years of experience and finely tuned skills, he is responsible for executing detailed project estimation, complete and accurate building costs, material and labor negotiations, value engineering and cost reduction programs. Results driven, highly motivated, resourceful and confident, Richard strives to work effectively across all operational levels to deliver each project on time and on budget. His professional commitment, integrity and dedication are the direct result of numerous accomplishments and company successes throughout his long career.
Justin Gottron - Estimator
Justin has been an estimating level for 4+ years. Justin is a graduate of Hocking College with a degree in Construction Management. He's been involved in a variety of projects with values up to $120 million. His project experience includes educational, healthcare, multi-family housing and retail markets, among others. Justin has also been involved in design/build and design/team projects as well as contract bidding, which give him diverse experience.
Christopher Gibson - Project Manager
Christopher’s adaptability has served him well throughout his nearly 30 year career. In addition to Project Management, he’s performed a variety of roles with varying responsibilities including, Program Manager, Superintendent, Inspector and Estimator. His comprehensive construction industry knowledge and ability to work effectively with field personnel, owners, design professionals and government agencies helps ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget. Possessing extensive private and public experience, Christopher has worked on large scale projects locally and nationally.

Alex Hanzmann, LEED AP - Project Manager
After earning a BS in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters from the University of Florida, Alex later worked on some of Northeast Ohio’s largest and most recognized projects including Gateway Arena (i.e. Quicken Loans Arena), Tower City Center and the Cleveland Public Library. During his 20+ year career, Alex has successfully overseen a diverse range of projects (ground up, building addition and renovation construction) in a variety of industries (government, commercial, industrial, etc.) employing assorted construction methods (conventional, precast, pre-engineered). His success can be attributed to his attention to detail, ability to work within a team and his adaptive nature.
David Netzband - Field Superintendent/Safety Director
Before becoming a Safety Officer/Field Personnel Coordinator, David held the positions of Carpenter, Foreman, Assistant Field Manager and Superintendent. He has overseen field operations, which include quality, production and scheduling. David has also serves as Safety Officer, who’s responsible for executing the guidelines and duties outlined within the company safety policies as well as Workers Comp and Transitional Work Programs. David received his Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology and Carpentry/Cabinetmaking from Johnson School of Technology (now JTI) in Scranton, PA., and holds additional training certifications. David assists industry organizations with presentations on Safety and Workers Comp programs.

Raymond Fidel - Field Superintendent
Ray has 30+ years of construction industry experience and been with Giambrone Construction for 11 of those years. His experience and knowledge of field conditions, personnel and equipment are invaluable. Ray participation, input and/or expertise are used in every Gimabrone project. The number of projects successfully equipped, staffed and supervised are too numerous to list, but recent projects include Beachwood Fire Station, St. Monica’s Church, East High School Gymnasium, Warner K-8 and Strongsville Fire Station. He's a vital part of Giambrone Construction and adds merit to an already well-rounded and reputable firm.
Jonas Fuller - General Superintendent/Safety Director
In the Masonry Industry for more than 30 years and having been in the trades for more than 40 years, Jonas Fuller’s experience and knowledge of field conditions, personnel and equipment is a vital part to the Giambrone Masonry Team. In the 25 years that he has been with Giambrone Masonry, Jonas Fuller has earned the respect and credibility of his peers in the Industry. No project, regardless of size, is executed or performed without Jonas Fuller’s participation, input and expertise. The number of projects successfully equipped, staffed and supervised are too numerous to list. His being a critical part of the Giambrone Management Team adds merit to an already well-rounded and reputable firm that has done business for more than 35 years in Northeast Ohio. Mr. Fuller carries and maintains the OSHA 500 Certified Safety Training and Fire Containment Products Training.
Jeff Cardinal - Superintendent
A graduate of Kent State University, Jeff has spent his nearly 30 year career in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Jeff has been instrumental in the successful completion of high profile projects both locally and nationally. The previous 7 years, he served as Project Superintendent on large scale, multimillion dollar, new construction and renovation projects for educational facilities.
Dennis Opsitnik - Controller
Dennis graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He's spent his entire career in the field of accounting for multiple industries. In addition to filling various roles, including Senior Accountant and Project Accountant, He's been Giambrone Construction's Controller since 2005.
April Dolovacky - Project Administrator
Utilizing her proficient knowledge of Primavera Expedition, the industry standard for project management software, April oversees project bidding and project administration. She oversees the coordination of all project documents, including tracking and logging correspondence, processing submittals and maintaining and managing contract requirements.
Angela Giambrone - Administrative Assistant
The daughter of David and Patricia Giambrone, Angela is learning the business while she attends Kent State University.
