Quality Control & Safety

When requested, Giambrone Construction will employ a quality control program in accordance with the project's specifications and/or scope of work. Each project provides for either general or project specific requirements, which our quality control program meets or exceeds.

A key factor in Giambrone Construction's project quality is the superior performance and industry knowledge of our Superintendents and Project Managers. Consider the following:

  • Each Giambrone superintendent has 20+ years of construction industry experience and are continuously trained and evaluated for performance.
  • Superintendents keep daily logs, which record their daily inspections of the subcontractors' work as well as any steps necessary for resolution. These daily logs are available to owners upon request.
  • Superintendents review all submittials for compliance with all contract requirements and to make themselves familiar with any specific installation issues.
  • When applicable, third party testing agencies are retained. Copies on their results are reviewed by our Project Managers to assess the situation and determining the best course of action.


In the unlikely event a situation should arise, prior to a work stoppage, Giambrone Construction will immediately submit an RFI to the Architect of record requesting further direction. If a timely response is not received, only in the affected area(s) will work be stopped.

All Giambrone Construction subcontractors and vendors are contractually bound to comply with our quality control program as provided for each project.
